Hey everybody!
Believe it or not, but summer is coming to an end in just a few short weeks! We have already said goodbye to our wonderful receptionist and fill-in braider, Maia, as she is back to college for the year. We'll miss her!
Thanks for keeping up with us this summer as we've had some scheduling snafu's! Trenice is still working to balance her schedule with her new job, and we definitely wish her the best! It's not easy being a go-getter, and Trenice is definitely that. She is currently working full time, offering some hours to Get Gorgeous when she can, and she is still going to school! Wow!
Fall isn't all cold weather and busier schedules. We are super excited that we have brought a new stylist/nail technician to our team. Ebony is a semi-recent graduate of cosmetology school but has experience with cuts and colors, long time experience with braids, and is excited to share her knowledge and expertise of nails. She is particularly in love with Dip Nails (You'll have to try it-it's amazing!) and is offering a limited time discount of $40 for a Dip Manicure!
We are so excited to have Ebony as a part of the team and are excited to get her nice and busy with back to school and fall just around the corner. She will also be offering a special on her nail services for a limited time-be sure to book asap to take advantage of the great rate and even better service.
While we are talking about new team members, some of you may have met Amber on the weekends. She is our most recent receptionist to join the team. With me (Jess) gone so often on the weekends in the summer to shoot weddings, it seemed like the right time to add a new face to the team. Amber is still learning the tricky ropes of scheduling appointments so thanks to everyone helping her along and for your patience!
Last but not least, Nakea has switched from a commission stylist to booth renter! She is her own business now inside of Get Gorgeous and we are so excited to where this road can take her! She will be offering some back-to-school specials at the end of the month as well! Be sure to bring cash, however! As she is a separate business, she needs to accept separate payment and is currently only accepting cash payments. Thanks for understanding!
