Happy March!
Someday the weather will actually look like spring but in the meantime, we'll suffer through some more snow, and dream of leaving the house without a coat.
Here are a few things we are looking forward to:
-This April, Ilka will be attending the Neighborhood Development Center's 2019 Entrepreneur Awards & Fundraiser. Not only is she a nominee, Ilka is a finalist for an entrepreneur award. This week she chatted about her career during an interview with the NDC and starred in a little photo shoot! We are so proud of her and whether she wins or not, it is such an honor to be recognized for her hard work.
-Prom season is right around the corner!
We love seeing our young client's in and help them get gorgeous for a fun night at prom! If you have a teenager needing hair or makeup for their prom, please remember to book early.
-Meeting some new team members
We are currently hiring! Not only are we looking for another talented stylist and nail tech to join our team (apply here!) but our main office/receptionist gal, Jess, will be stepping down to one day a week starting in May to focus on her photography career (check out her business Something Blue Boudoir). We are looking to hire one or two receptionists that are excited to work in a salon setting, supporting our fabulous team, and working along with the owner to create a welcoming experience for our clients.
