Get Gorgeous Salon and Spa is looking to add a motivated and friendly STYLIST to their team!

Excellent customer service is a priority for our multi-cultural clientele in addition to a variety of spa and salon services. This position is a great fit for an experienced cosmetologist looking for a permanent home to build on their existing clientele. We are also open to a motivated, but less experienced cosmetologist, who is looking for an environment where they can continue to improve their craft and build their clientele with the support of a friendly team of like-minded individuals. Our ideal stylist candidate would be comfortable with all hair types and textures and confident in chemical services (colors, foils, keratin, relaxers, etc.) as well as cuts. Experience in hair braiding is a plus but not required.

Part Time Hourly position available: $12/hr + Tips

All candidates should possess the following skills/abilities/experience:

-Minimum of 2 year cosmetology experience in a salon/spa setting

-Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

-Valid Cosmetology License from the State of Minnesota

-Ability to work solo as well as act as a team player

-Excellent time management

-Must have reliable transportation

Get Gorgeous Salon and Spa is looking for a talented and dedicated hair-braider to join their team. We are conveniently located on Selby Ave in St. Paul right on the bus line and near several restaurants. Our ideal candidate is somone currently in cosmetology school, or with a passion to grow in the beauty industry.

Applicant must have a professional demeanor and willing to follow all sanitation and workplace guidelines. An existing clientele or a valid MN cosmetology license is a plus.

Pay depends on experience.

Skills/Experience we are looking for include, but are not limted to:

-Experience with Sew-In extensions

-Ability to start and/or re-twist dreads

-Natural twist out or braided updo styles

Our ideal candidate would be a hardworking individual with an existing clientele looking for a new home for their business with experience in full sets, nail art, and dip manicures

Our ideal candidate would be a hardworking individual with an existing clientele looking for a new home for their business with experience in facials, and body waxing. Threading or lash extension services are also welcome!
